Indications

Hypertension and congestive heart failure.
Prophylaxis of CV events in high-risk patients.

Contra Indications

Hypersensitivity, bilateral renal artery stenosis, pregnancy, lactation, concurrent of K sparing diuretics.
Aortic stenosis or outflow tract obstruction.

Caution

Hypovolaemia, hyperkalaemia, valvular stenosis, hypertension, elderly.
