disturbance hearing loss acute saline depletion, allergic manifestations, carbohydrate intolerance, impotence, postural, hypotension, jaundice, cardiac arrhythmias, fatigue.

Indications

Hypertension, oedema, toxaemia of pregnancy, prementrual tension.
Diabetes Insipidus.

Contra Indications

Severe renal impairment or anuria.
Severe hepatic impairment, Addisons disease, preexisting hypercalcaemia, asthma, hypersensitivity, severe allergy.
Contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

Caution

Existing fluid and electrolyte disturbances, hepatic cirrhosis, severe heart failure, hyperuricaemia, mild to moderate renal impairment.
Elderly, monitor fluid and electrolyte balance.
Kidney or liver disease, diabetes, gout, hyperlipidaemia and ventricular extra systoles
