Severe hypotension, heart failure, marked anaemia, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.

CautionSevere hepatic or renal impairment, hypothyroidism, malnutrition, hypothermia.

Pregnancy, lactation, glaucoma, mitral valve prolapse, cardiac tamponade, syncope.
Gradual withdrawal in patients who have received prolonged high dose infusions.
Avoid prolonged excessive hypotension.
